Requirements

• Possess own transport
• Able to travel within Klang Valley area with own transport (car, petrol and toll allowance provided)
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experiences in FMCG Industry.
• Working from Monday to Friday 8.15am to 5.15pm, Saturday 8.15am to 2.15pm (34 weeks)

ResponsibilitiesTerritory coverage

• Develop & manage journey plan for outdoor sales team to ensure full coverage in the targeted location.

KPI alignment & Team management

• Sales data reporting
• Gather market insights and competitor analysis
• Participate in sales meetings
• Communicate sales target , brief latest updates on process & products to sales representative
• On the job coaching to sales representative

Business Development

• New accounts penetration (customer)
