Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Company assigned sales targets for the month and year are achieved.
  • Responsible and accountable to serve customer as a holistic business entity and promote our entire range of product and services and create new business opportunity.
  • To plan sales actions, coordinate with presales support team and execute sales activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Responsible in analyzing assessment/requirement-study information and data to provide solutions and recommendations to improve customer work process in line with client strategic direction and goals.
  • Work closely with team to identify and create business value propositions that benefits the customer and increase company business revenue & profit.
  • Cold calling through the entire group of companies within the customer account to establish a stronger network to generate new business opportunity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and courtesy follow-up calls.
  • Oversee and prepare relevant document submissions and ensure all documentation in order and submitted within timeline.
  • Consult customers on the best approach to using and deploying company products as well as assist the implementation team in aligning customer objectives with the implementation.
  • Ensure systematic coverage of customers\' account and create sales activities in the system for tracking and sales development.
  • Ensure diligence in database including sales pipeline, progressive sales activities and engagement plan for management and continuous improvement plan.
  • Deliver accurate information for sales activity report, sales pipeline, sales forecast and management report.
  • Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.
  • Close liaison with support team and business partners in promoting stronger collaboration for the benefit of the customers.
  • Close liaison with technical team on any technical problems and ensure they are attended to immediately.
  • Adhere to the Company\'s corporate governance requirement and compliance business process.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma, Bachelor degree in All Field.
  • Preferably at least 2-5 years direct sales experience in the IT industry. Experience in Mid-Sized to Enterprise level accounts would be an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of how to market IT Solutions.
  • Strong passion in sales and derive satisfaction in being able to articulate the business benefits of Konica Minolta IT offerings and deliver positive outcomes that enhances and improves your client\xe2\x80\x99s business.
  • Good communication skills in Malay, English, and Chinese language for both spoken and written.
  • Fast learner and willing to learn attitude.
