• 2-5 years of proven work experience in similar companies required with strong client portfolio with active accounts.
• Previous working experience in logistics/supply chain (3PL)/freight forwarding/shipping/air/cargo.
• High achiever, self-driven, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, especially when presenting data to key decision makers on the team.
• Matured candidate with own transport.
• Good knowledge in computers and MS Office application with intermediate level.
• Written and spoken language proficiency in Mandarin and English (to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and China agents).
• Start immediately or in short period is preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Keep, develop, and secure business within an assigned portfolio of new and existing SME customers with focus on outdoor/on-site sales activities.
• Discover and generate new sales prospects.
• Conduct thorough market research.
• Actively seek out and identify sales opportunities.
• Create frequent reviews and reports for client consideration of KPIs.
• Participate on behalf of the company in industry-related exhibitions or conferences.
• Overall management of client relationships, satisfaction, and supply chain.
• Keep up to date with local market trends.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
