Job Description


Job Responsibility Develop and implement a sales strategy to gain new potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products. Motivate & coach the sales team to achieve revenue growth whilst implementing good quality sales. Managing campaigns on social media Job Requirements Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proactive, positive thinking, creative and persistent. Able to work under tight timelines and withstand the pressure. Good organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
