Permanent contract Full Time
Job Scopes:

Attend to all sales enquires. Meet, present and negotiate with potential clients;
Monitor sales process including following up with bankers, lawyers, sales admin and any relevant parties to ensure a smooth flow of sales, conversion, billing and collection process;
Actively promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s projects and participate in all sales roadshow and events;
Conduct sales and marketing presentations, briefing and training to the junior staff;
Prepare a weekly report and update the Management about the progress and status of the current sale;
After-sales service such as involvement in the handover of properties etc;
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any relevant field;
At least 3 years of working experience in selling and marketing properties;
Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency;
Result-oriented and self-oriented;
Professional attitude and appearance, pleasant character, good interpersonal skills and teamwork; and
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Salary Range: From RM2,000 per month inclusive of sales commission.
