• Having proven sales track record will be top priority
• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales.
• Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.
• Equipped with result-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with proactive engagement
• Strong in setting and executing the strategy/plan, being strategic and yet hands-on
• Has leadership, ambitious, influential as leader
• Possess own transport.
• Need to travel frequently in northern region (Penang/Kedah)
• Willing to work in an independent and fast pace working development
• Must be able to travel everyday to Penang Office. (Bukit Mertajam).

Tanggungjawab

• Visit and serve own area customers.
• Lead, motivate sales team members to put in their best in achieving sales target.
• Regular customer visitation with sales person for northern region (Penang + Kedah) to develop and maintain close communications and good business relationship with customers.
• Analyse potential market, competitors and new business opportunity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report in a timely manner.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
