Establish new customers, build good rapport with new or existing customers to enhance customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and retention.
Provide professional solutions and quotations according to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
Involve and work closely with internal product management group and manufacturing group to identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements professionally.
Conduct pre or post sales presentation and product demonstration to customers.
Extremely comfortable with technical applications and cover all product knowledge to provide best supports to end user.
Determine sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Generate sales revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solution, forecasting & closing sales.
Explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales objectives.
Meeting Quarterly and Yearly sales target.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Industrial / Electronics / Mechatronic / Chemical Engineering /
Technology / Physic or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in mechanical and electrical products is required.
Experience in power backup solution or industrial pump will be added advantages
Candidate must be an independent person who is self disciplined and self motivated with strong communication, presentation, leadership and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skill, highly adaptive to fast and dynamic working environment.
Willing to travel frequently either domestic or abroad.
