JCI Linkedin Career The Power Behind Your Mission OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive What you will do Leads a team of sales reps to promote products and solutions through channel partners by pursuing channel partnership leads, promoting products, concluding orders, and serving as point of contact during all phases of the sales cycle. How you will do it Collaborate closely with R & D, production, and marketing to chart business growth and oversees key project deliverables Establish and actively supervise KPI, identifying opportunities for improvements, determining root cause, develop plans to resolve issues and implement corrective measures to achieve best practices for product development Lead and establish effective service network and team, to attend customer complaint and technical issues What we look for Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC industry Min Bachelors/Diploma holder Ability to translate the strategic goals and objectives of the Company into strategies and actioned priorities Good communication skills Personal qualities of the candidate: ambitious, good understanding in project, and good relationship with contractor, consultant, or company\'s owner.
