Job Summary:
To assist Sales & Marketing Manager in marketing activities ie. Communicating with customer, define and interpret customer requirement before transmit to the relevant personnel. Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
- Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates.
- Maintain relations with current customers.
- Communicate with customers (thru e-mails, faxes, etc.).
- Manage full process of sales cycle (prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/ Sales Confirmation to customers, issue shipping order to production, follow up shipment schedule, and closing).
- Follow up on all customers\xe2\x80\x99 request
- Liaise with internal departments such as Planning, Production, QA, and R&D.
- Prepare and send samples as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s requisition.
- Participate in ISO activities and customers\xe2\x80\x99 audit.
- Update and maintain price list of new, existing and potential customers.
Attend events or exhibitions. - Send the customer survey form to existing and new customers and analyze the data.
- Follow up new project (new item) progress.
- Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- With basic Shipping knowledge
- Ability to establish rapport relationship with customer through telex-communication.
- Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work with others as a team.
- Preferably Diploma/ Degree in relevant field.
- 3 years or above relevant practical experience.
