Position Title Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

\xe3\x83\xbbSecure new business and constantly follow up with existing customers to increase sales.\xe3\x83\xbbKeep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies.\xe3\x83\xbbProvide technical advice related to product enquiries.\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare and submit regular sales reports and ad-hoc reports.\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with other departments to expedite orders and collections whenever necessary.\xe3\x83\xbbParticipate in marketing events such as surveys, exhibitions and road shows.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Diploma or Degree, in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Precision Engineering preferred\xe2\x9c\x93 In the absence of relevant degree, relevant industry experience is required\xe2\x9c\x93 Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to write in English and Bahasa Malaysia\xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales\xe2\x9c\x93 Established track records and customer base\xe2\x9c\x93 Focused and target driven\xe2\x9c\x93 Information-gathering and reporting skills.\xe2\x9c\x93 Possess high energy and able to work in a fast-paced environment\xe2\x9c\x93 Good communication, negotiation and time management skills\xe2\x9c\x93 Able to work independently and a good team player1. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets (someone familiar with Factory Automation industry)2. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities(eg: matured & independent)3.
