Are you a passionate and a sales driven individual with a keen interest in the real estate and property investment industry GKR London have been exclusively retained to work alongside a market leader within the Property Investment space who are thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to become a Senior/Sales Negotiator of our clients Kuala Lumpur office. Our client, who have several offices globally specialize in providing top-tier property investment solutions to the Overseas and Ex-Pat market. Our client are ideally looking for you to have UK Sales experience and looking for an exciting new opportunity overseas. The key focuses to this role will be qualifying UK & Oversea buyers, developing relationships, attending networking events and exceeding Sales targets! Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and preferences. Provide expert advice and information on the Global property market Negotiate and close property deals to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and financing options. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Requirements: Proven track record in property / real estate and ideally in the UK Property Market Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Track record of exceeding targets.
