JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• To beat or exceed regional & individual sales budget
• Identify potential customers and projects.
• To promote, design-in and cross sell all company products.
• Drive new business growth by meeting with customers, promoting the benefits of company's high technology, managing projects through the design process, and closing volume production both directly and through distribution partners.
• To coordinate between different business units to pull support resources for customers/ distributor in order to expedite projects or customer order completion process.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure promotion, project identification and POS growth.
• Drive design registration progress for distributors through regular business reviews
• Provide monthly forecasts and market trend information.
• Well pipeline management and update progress regularly in system.
• Maximum profitability through value added selling and active price management.
• Visit and travel required and need to provide visit plan & visit report every week.

• 5~10+ years sales/marketing experience (connector or passive component is better)
• Familiar with EV, ESS & Battery markets is needed.
• Familiar with Lighting, Shipyard, Heavy Equipment, Medical, Telecom/Datacom, Automation & Robotic, Transportation/RMT, Solar/Wind energy, Motor, Sensor will a be plus
• Capable of generating sales leads and identifying new opportunities.
• Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customers and distributors.
• Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation.
• Experience working with internal factory members and external customers internationally.
• Characteristics requirement: Aggressive, Hard working & Good working attitude & Humble is must.
• creative, integrity, mature thinking and hands on trouble solving skill, smart working, excellent team work spirit, willing to work under great pressure and travel frequently when needed, self-motivated by challenging goals will be plus.
• Language: Spoken & written English & Chinese. Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
