We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing technical support, dedicated customer account handling, conducting market analysis, managing partnerships, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding our products/services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Dedicated Customer Account Handling:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and concerns.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing market share.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis.
  • Partner Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to enhance the company\'s distribution network.
  • New Business Generation:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Above 3+ years of successful experience in sales
  • Ability to engage with customers in the initial project development stage process such as budget, specification discussion, technical advice etc.
  • Identify key points and review on the RFQ, technical requirements and commercial terms.
  • Proven track record of sales pitch to secure the purchase order.
  • Able to provide sales presentation to various levels of customer.
  • Good negotiation skills.
