Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, train & motivate the sales team to improve performance and closing skills
Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement
Conduct regular coaching sessions and ensure high productivity among staff
Build strong customer relationships and expand market reach
Oversee daily sales operations and report directly to management
Requirements
Proven experience in high-value sales industries such as:
? Automotive
? Insurance / Financial products
? Direct selling / MLM / Premium products
? Other industries involving high-ticket sales
Proven to be top Sales in previous experience
Strong leadership skills & excellent communication ability
Results-driven, confident, and able to perform under KPI
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
