About the role: In this role, you will be expected to have a strategic mindset to shape innovative, data-informed strategies and operating models. You will be tasked to support the Commercial team in deriving sales strategies and establishing frameworks and processes to optimize sales performance. You should possess strong business acumen to drive actionable outcomes with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics, and value drivers and thrive in dynamic, fast changing environments. Responsibilities Manage a Sales Strategy and Operations team to provide strategic and sales operational support to the DSS Commercial team. Drive and support Sales planning, including resource allocation and prioritization, territory and accounts planning , and sales target design and balancing. Manage the Sales business review process, including tracking and monitoring pipeline movement, and provide updates and with insights to drive action and improvements in productivity and performance. Implement early warning systems to help actively manage the growth of the business (i.e., qualified pipeline, funnel activity, sales performance/execution, forecasting, etc.) Lead discussions and manage reporting around weekly and monthly KPIs including leading and lagging indicators for sales pipeline, sales activities, sales execution (win rates / sales cycle) Developing proactive analyses, rooted in SalesForce.com (SFDC) data and other sources, that provide actionable insights to aid management decision-making. Partnering with our SFDC admin and our reporting team to ensure successful utilisation of the tool, data integrity and workflow optimisation. Support go-to-market strategies through defining clear value proposition, competitive analysis and pricing inputs. Contribute to the budget planning process develop and maintain financial models such as scenario analysis and forecasting. Proactively identify trends, opportunities and problem areas that need to be addressed, and recommend improvements (including processes, procedures, and technology-driven automation) Collaborate across functions (e.g., Finance, Legal and other relevant teams ) as required Requirements: Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in business, or other related degrees 7+ years of experience in a strategy and operations role supporting sales. Understanding of the sales process, systems, and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles. Strong analytical skills with an attention for detail and process documentation Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge/experience with Salesforce is required. Self-starter mentality with a commitment to follow through can own and take tasks through to completion. Comfortable working in a fluid and at times ambiguous environment with shifting deadlines and project goals, applying a pragmatic approach to ensure closure of projects and assignments.
