As a Senior Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in the Asia Pacific region (APAC). Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations (including vendor coordination, materials, logistics, etc.) and effective communication throughout the sales process.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in the Asia Pacific region (APAC). Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations (including vendor coordination, materials, logistics, etc.) and effective communication throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and building strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise - Pricing, lead times, material availability and quotes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitors\' offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stock planning with Inventory Management Team to fulfill customer demands and forecasts
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electronic distribution or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Experience in complex BOM (Bill of Material) and work order management is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
