Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I required.
Salesforce Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven track record managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agent force.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project management and leadership experience.
Detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM12,000.20 per month
