Preferred nationalities: Malaysia, Indonesia (as per client requirement)
2-5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FICO experience
Strong configuration expertise across FICO submodules
Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation (Waterfall / Agile)
Ability to create test data, design scenarios, and perform independent testing
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English
Functional & Technical Expertise
FI Modules:
General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash Management & Bank Integration
CO Modules (any):
Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing, Material Ledger
Additional Integration Experience (any):
SAP PS, OpenText VIM, SAP FSCM, SAP RAR, SAP TRM, S/4HANA Upgrade (Bluefield/Brownfield), SAP Concur
Key Responsibilities
Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO based on business requirements
Lead and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams
Perform testing, including test scenario creation and execution
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO issues
Support implementation cycles in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
