Taking lead of the team in providing support, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA. \xef\x82\xa7 Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. \xef\x82\xa7 Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly \xef\x82\xa7 Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, abap, COE) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. \xef\x82\xa7 Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and COE team. \xef\x82\xa7 Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation \xef\x82\xa7 Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test \xef\x82\xa7 Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support. \xef\x82\xa7 Update system documentation and training documents/user manual \xef\x82\xa7 Provide training to users \xef\x82\xa7 Periodically review AMS team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and identify improvement areas. \xef\x82\xa7 Team member coaching and performance improvement planning. \xef\x82\xa7 SAP proficiency in FI/CO core modules is a must (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, etc) \xef\x82\xa7 Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP FI/CO configuration) \xef\x82\xa7 Strong knowledge on integration between logistics modules with FI/CO. \xef\x82\xa7 Good analytical and problem-solving skills. \xef\x82\xa7 Good documentation skills using MS Office applications
