Taking lead of the team in providing support, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA. Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact Provides day-to-day support on the applications in scope, resolve incident, change request, problem tickets within SLA, facilitate team meetings and work closely with the Business Analysts related to SAP MM & IM Excellent understanding of business processes in Material management & Inventory management Hands-on functional configuration and design experience MM-Purchasing: Configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements Inventory Management: Cross Company and Intra-company Stock Transport orders using Stock Transport order (STO), Subcontracting, Vendor Consignment & Third Party Orders, Batch Management, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting Adept at requirement gathering, defining To-Be processes, identifying fits and gaps, and coming up with optimal solutions Develop functional specifications for RICEFW Hands on experience in SAP MM Materials Management (P2P) Hands on experience in SAP Inventory Management (SAP IM) Hands on experience in SAP Configuration and Release Management Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, abap, COE) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application. Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and COE team. Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support. Update system documentation and training documents/user manual Provide training to users Periodically review AMS teams performance and identify improvement areas. Team member coaching and performance improvement planning.
