Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum
15 years
experience in commodity management/SCM/Procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in
Semiconductor, OEM, Cable, or Harness Manufacturing
Develop, implement, and maintain commodity strategies to support the company's supply chain goals
Evaluate and select suppliers; manage vendor relationships and performance
Analyze market conditions and trends to control costs and ensure supply stability
Lead contract negotiations, NDAs, and pricing agreements with suppliers
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams on new product sourcing and supplier qualification
Manage supplier scorecards, dual sourcing, and risk mitigation plans
Drive cost-reduction and value engineering initiatives across procurement activities
Monitor supplier KPIs (cost, lead time, quality, delivery) and develop improvement plans
Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade/customs regulations
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to sourcing or procurement team members
