Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 10-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. Experience with ServiceNow platform, especially HRSD modules. Knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g., onboarding, payroll, benefits). Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation. Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development. Deploy and configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management. Customize workflows to automate HR tasks like onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. ServiceNow Portal Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist are highly desirable ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud,LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory integrations.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
