to oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standard, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, supplier and worker on-site
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports
Liaise with project managers, engineers and client to resolve site issues efficiently
Ensure all work complies with TNB regulations and national safety requirements
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to timelines, quality control and budget constraints.
Prepare Monthly Claim
Requirements:
Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or utility-based site supervision
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel and work at various project locations across Klang Valley or Selangor
Knowledge of TNB operational standard or has been work with TNB contractor will be advantage.
