To supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure construction works are carried out according to specifications, schedule, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress meets the project plan.
Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and materials on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
Verify work completion and assist in preparing site reports.
Liaise with consultants, engineers, and internal team for inspections and approvals.
Maintain proper site records, drawings, and daily logbooks.
Support Construction Manager in resolving on-site issues.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of site procedures, safety, and quality control.
Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently at the Klang & Jenjarom site.
