About the team:

The Customer Engagement and Digital Marketing Technology Team (CEDMT) drives changes to help support the core of Amway. We enable success in key points along an ABOs\xe2\x80\x99 (Amway Business Owners) or customer\xe2\x80\x99s journey to live their best self. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic software developer to drive results in Registration, Profile and Identity products which directly impact our ABOs\xe2\x80\x99 and customers\xe2\x80\x99 ability to be successful in their interactions with Amway and its industry-leading products.

What do we need?

We are looking for a full stack software developer to support Registration, Profile, and Identity experiences (front end & back end) development by collaborating with cross functional teams to enhance experiences on both new and existing products.

What\xe2\x80\x99s special about this role?

This role would be directly accountable to deliver product improvements and implementations in the registration journey and profile management post registration. You will be collaborating with technical leads and global teammates from UI/UX design, product management, and business analysis all working in a common technology organization. Each domain team\xe2\x80\x99s delivery stack extends from its data tier through a component-based web and native mobile UI.

Required qualifications:

-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience.
-8+ years of related experience including full stack software engineering, eCommerce and customer facing solutions, cloud-based solutions, and experience in agile & scrum practices
-Strong business and technology acumen
-Experience in software engineering and architecture design
-Technology acumen

-Software architecture
-AWS
-DevOps
-Social Registration and Login
-Technical fundamentals

-Writing technical specifications or stories
-Proof of technology / Proof of concept
-Building prototype
-Experience or exposure with UI framework

-(Required) \xe2\x80\x93 JavaScript, React
-Knowledge of Angular is a plus
-Experience or exposure with AWS

-(Required) - LAMBDA, API GATEWAY, KINESIS, SQS, SNS, SES, DYNAMODB
-BFF Patterns (Backend for Frontend methodology)

-Technologies JAVA, Springboot, Node.JS
-Experience with commercial or open-source identity providers such as Okta, Cognito, GLUU, etc.
-Experience with Code repository software (Required) example: GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
-Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Extras:

-Experience with Native Mobile Apps development \xe2\x80\x93 iOS and Android
-Experience refining stories in JIRA and writing technical documents in Confluence
