Job Description

:

• Work as part of Agile scrum teams to design, implement, and test the instrument control software, service software, Local Run Manager and Local Run Manager modules that powers on DNA sequencing and genotyping devices
• Perform test requirement analysis, test plan making, test case writing and test report output.
• Develop, review, and execute both manual and automated software tests
• Perform testing such as Functionality, Integration, Regression, Compatibility, Security, and Exploratory, UI Testing, etc.
• Ensure quality issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Design and code test scripts, deploying to build pipeline, monitoring results
• Collect test data including observations, logs, trouble-shooting steps, and detail results
• Plan and build effective test environments with useful data
• Thoroughly document and track issues which surface during the testing process \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in all aspects of our agile development process, from sprint planning to daily scrum meetings and sprint demos
• Create strategy and technical design for quality delivery will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs, queries, and issues

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field.
• At least 3 years of manual and automation testing experience
• Experience in testing for Windows-based and/or Linux-based GUI systems
• Able to write codes in at least 1 modern scripting language \xe2\x80\x93 Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.
• Knowledge of multiple test methods: exploratory, unit, acceptance, functional, systems, integration, etc.
• Testing for healthcare web system experience would be an added advantage
• Experience in network protocol and proxy server is a plus
• Experience in developing instrument software / hardware integration is a plus
• Good and proactive communication skill
• Flexible, fast-paced, and proactive work ways and time
