WE ARE LOOKING FOR Responsible for developing information technology architecture solutions in integrated process, applications, data and technology to meet AIA's business needs Working with various internal Technology departments, technology partners and Business Stakeholders to provide good solutions design based on different business needs by optimizing existing tools and software and/or bring in new technology as required. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders in new systems development projects or enhancements of existing systems by providing solutions that leverage reusable components from existing solutions, evaluates commercial products and considers the investment required to develop a good quality solutions. Conducts analysis of technology trends, vendor/products lifecycles, regulatory conditions, and market capabilities to determine recommended improvements to the existing solutions. Performs regular reviews of proposed technical designs, vetting those designs against various design patterns, defined technology standards, compliance requirements and best practices to ensure reliable and secure solutions are implemented. Non-Financial Measures: Good quality solution design by implementing different architecture pillars, such as security, scalability, maintainability, performance, etc. Complete supports for system development projects in term of solution design in the SDLC Communication with various internal technology departments, business stakeholders who own business applications and AIA Enterprise Architecture Group. Able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical peers and business stakeholders, as well as executive level management. Some level of communication with external parties needed during solution and technology exploration. Different stakeholders will have different style of communications, which require good communication skill to manage the relationship and in the same time achieve the role objectives. Minimum Requirements: 6+ years working experience as full stack software developers/system analysts with multiple systems integration Computer Science education background Experience with highly resilient solution designs and technologies Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders Cloud and container platform experience will be preferred Knowledge on AI/Machine Learning will be a plus Meticulous mindset with strategic thinking in a highly complex environment
