Identify, lead, and execute process improvement and digital automation projects for the AP and T&E functions Manage the entire project lifecycle--from planning and risk assessment (RAID) to implementation and close-out--ensuring projects deliver measurable improvements. Act as the primary

Subject Matter Expert in COUPA

and liaison for all continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful adoption within the team. Develop updated process documentation and deliver training to ensure effective implementation and sustainment of new processes and systems. Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure seamless implementation. Assist the Project Manager in operating the team's Project Management Office (PMO), including maintaining documentation, analyzing data, and facilitating communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role. Proven track record of leading and managing projects.

Technical & Digital Skills:

Hands-on experience with automation and data analysis tools, including Python, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and VBA. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred). Knowledge of Coupa and China Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations is a strong advantage.

Professional Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Skills in Mandarin is needed to suppor China Entity Strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity for stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, demonstrating inquisitiveness and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Experience working in a shared service center within a large, global organization is desirable.
