In your new role you will: Adoption of Export Control and Anti-Terrorism Regulations(National, US and those imposed from Corporate) Support the execution of export control requirements in ITapplication e.g. Trade Automation (TA22) and SAP (P) Participate in digitalization / automation projects to optimize EC Operations (P) Participation in ad-hoc projects and attend APAC ECC workshop annually (F) 2. Controlling Ensure secure operation systems through release of blocked orders in order processing system (e.g. SAP & TA22) and non-standard delivery approval system (NOSTAS) (F) Ensure correct classification for all shipments, technologytransfer and hiring positions (if applicable) (F) Support license application for strategic items under MalaysiaExport Control Regulations for physical goods and technology transfertimely (P) Provide advisory support on daily operational export control issuesfor all departments of IFMY (F) Back-up for EC Operations team for all Infineon entities inMalaysia (P) 3. Training, Awareness and Competency Building Conduct new-hire familiarization training to IFMY new hires (F) Provide support for EC related trainings e.g. NOSTAS Users and EUCTool (F) Create EC related trainings for IFMY in HR SuccessFactors andpromote the training sessions to the relevant department (F) Attend at least one (1) external EC training (F) 4. Audit Support IFMY EC Operations team to prepare and collate necessaryevidence and related documentations for the audit checks on pastshipments. (P) 5. Infineon EC Intranet Review and update the latest EC relevant news or requirements inthe EC Intranet (F) Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree of Finance/ relevant courses orDiploma with up to 5 years work experience Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Technical skills of Microsoft Office,Visio, etc., Knowledge of SAP is a plus Soft skills such asGood team player, independent, meticulous, able to handle stress, good learning skills, positive attitude Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
