Provide level 2 support for incidents and problem tickets for Master Data applications.
Develop and maintain scripts for data patching in the database.
Analyse ticket patterns and root causes of tickets to define suitable measures with the counterparts (L1, L3, application owners, and external service providers) to reduce incident tickets.
Provide reports on operations for management reviews
Participate in the project\'s activities for testing activities to ensure a smooth handover from project to operation.
Work in an international team.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent studies.
Knowledge of SQL and/or C#.
Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
Good level of English (written and spoken).
Willingness to support the (key-) users of Master Data applications during Incident resolution.
Good communication skills.
