In your new role you will:
- Provide level 2 support for incidents and problem tickets for Master Data applications.
- Develop and maintain scripts for data patching in the database.
- Analyse ticket patterns and root causes of tickets to define suitable measures with the counterparts (L1, L3, application owners, and external service providers) to reduce incident tickets.
- Provide reports on operations for management reviews
- Participate in the project\'s activities for testing activities to ensure a smooth handover from project to operation.
- Work in an international team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent studies.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or C#.
- Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to support the (key-) users of Master Data applications during Incident resolution.
- Good communication skills.
