Summary/Objective:

Manage full-cycle payroll for internal staff and outsourcing clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Validate data, manage reports, filings, disbursements, and reconciliations. Advise clients, maintain strong relationships, and drive process improvements. Support system upgrades and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid payroll experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing or professional services environment. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and payroll best practices. Capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency Proficient in English

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
