I
n your new role you will: H
- ave knowledge and hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing. E
- nsure on time processing of the scheduled payroll runs. S
- olve issues and errors that blocks the payroll run from completion. H
- andle reconciliation process with associated reports, ensure compliance and accuracy of the payroll, ensure Posting to Finance process payments timely execution including bank file. R
- esponsible to monitor country statutory and legal changes and work with IT to timely implementation to adjust payroll system and managing process change. This includes testing payroll system and moving the changes to production system. P
- rovide advice and consultation to local HR, managers and employees. T
- imely handle employee queries and meet SLA requirements.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources. M
- inimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in Payroll Operations (Preferably with Thailand Payroll experiences) G
- ood knowledge about HR processes and HR IT System. G
- ood knowledge about the local statutory.
