Position OverviewWithin the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the SAC-P COE operations activities in the forecasting cycle for FP&A teams appropriately to optimize business transactions. The incumbent will also provide operations solutions reviewing and analyzing system and passive data governance reports to ensure high quality data and timely and complete synchronization between systems. Acts to resolve all issues and discrepancies as data stewards responsible for qualification, data analysis, creation, modification and change control for SAC-P (SAP Analytics Cloud Planning). The SAC-P COE Sr. Specialist is responsible for supporting Operations and tickets management, ensuring the FP&A calendar activities.\xe2\x80\x8bMain ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage and oversee SAC planning work streams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Design, support, and implement data models using SAC, focusing on effective planning, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain import and live connections for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Utilize SAC for Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling, providing insights and recommendations based on these models.
• Build and optimize models, stories, data actions, and allocations within SAC.
• Demonstrate expertise with SAC Analytics technologies, including Datasphere, SAP BW, HANA, Master Data management and ECC.
• Maintain FP&A planning process on monthly/quarterly planning cycles.
• Understand and work with SAP data structures, end-to-end data flows, and SAC predictive capabilities such as augmented analytics and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for Consolidated & Pre-Consolidated Balance Sheets, P&L statements, Trial Balances, and TAX reports.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the HQ and Regional COE to share any challenges and discuss best practice on a regular basis

Education, Experience and Leadership Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Computer Application.
• Minimum of 4 years of FP&A and SAC planning work streams for large or complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAC-P as a planning tool, including designing, supporting, and implementing data models.
• Proficiency in importing and connecting both SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Experience with Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated technical experience with SAC Analytics technologies, including Datasphere, SAP BW, HANA, Master Data management and ECC.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end data flows, SAC predictive capabilities, and augmented analytics.
• Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and strong process orientation
• Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty.
• Fluency in English required.

Technical Skills Requirements

• SAC-P Experience (Preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Planning Tools / Analytical Tools experience required.

Other Information

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business meetings, trainings, and workshops.
