Job description
In your new role you will:
- Ensure the correctness of a request before sending it into approval both for PR creation and changes.
- All Purchase Requisitions and consequently Purchase Orders of Infineon entities have to be completed, with accurate and valid information from a Finance perspective.
- The quality checking have to be performed in order to certify correct Accounting information, Legal and Tax requirements are covered, attachments and all other information which are necessary to perform a PR - PO - invoice conversion.
- Responsible for ensuring quality and effectiveness of the processes.
- Securing compliance by applying tight controls and providing accurate information.
- Supporting the interface between Accounting, TAX, Controlling, PUR and Requestors.
- Clarification of topics raised on Audits/quality assessments
- Mentoring of new team members and act as QA FIN team lead.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent degree
- SAP skills (would be an advantage)
- MS Office skills with an advanced level of Excel required
- Good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and to structure own work
- Able to produce quality and focus on completion
- Good communication skills and detailed oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written English language (mandatory), Japanese and Chinese is a plus
