AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Provide system and process consultancy in Source to Pay and Procurement process area to Process owners and stakeholders Analyse, Design and provide good and sustainable system solution. Analyse user requirements and transform into IT solutions according to best practises Involvement in improvement and/or roll out projects in line with business strategy Incident Management - Review information, incidents, problems and analysis collected and escalated by IT Help Desk team. Support and resolve incidents/issues related to systems and processes with root-cause analysis, trouble-shooting and providing advises on application system and processes Change Request Management -Evaluate application Change Requests (CR) for enhancements and fixes. Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Technical Development team for the development of approved CR enhancement and application fixes. Ensure the integrity of the application system, new business practices, processes and enhancements are understood by the Applications Management team. Handle and deliver Incident tickets and Change Requests (CR) within agreed defined SLA and KPI. Assist and support Project Manager/Team Leads in planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of CR enhancements Prepare technical, functional documentation, test cases & scenarios, end-user documentation and manuals. Provide training to users to ensure the system and process design is executed correctly according to the design Collaborate with Project manager/Team Lead in delivering projects and change requests in quality, time and within budget Timely report progress to Project Manager/Team Lead REQUIREMENTS: Candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Business or in any discipline. Minimum 4-5 year(s) in SAP ARIBA. Knowledge in related SAP Ariba, Sourcing ,Procurement and Vendor management processes and Supplier portals. Knowledge in other e-procurement, vendor management and sourcing applications e.g. Coupa. Jaggaer is good. Strong business acumen, and able to provide solutions for business requirements. Possess strong consulting and analytical skills. Excellent in both spoken and written English. Excellent in communication and able to manage stakeholders. Excellent team player and able to collaborate cross team and towers. Have strong entrepreneur mind set and able to work independently. Able to adapt to changes and diverse business environment. Must be able for business travel.
