At least 5 years' experience as an SSHE Warden or similar position in any industry.
Must be able to communicate and write in English.
No previous criminal, drug, or alcohol records.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
Lead and supervise a team of SSHE Wardens in daily operations.
Plan, organize, and oversee emergency drills, safety meetings, and training.
Safety & Risk Management
Identify and evaluate workplace hazards; ensure preventive actions are taken.
Conduct safety inspections and internal audits.
Coordinate incident reporting, investigation, and corrective measures.
Compliance & Training
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and PTTEP SSHE standards.
Conduct refresher training for wardens and personnel on safety procedures.
Emergency Response
Serve as the main coordinator during emergencies.
Communicate with facility management, emergency services, and occupants.
Monitoring & Reporting
Submit daily and monthly SSHE performance and activity reports.
Track and follow up on safety observations and action items.
