Job Description

Minimum Qualification



At least 1 year of experience as an SSHE Warden or in a similar role. Must be able to communicate and write in English. No previous criminal, drug, or alcohol records.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities



Safety Monitoring

Conduct daily inspections in assigned areas for unsafe acts or conditions. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations.

Emergency Preparedness

Assist in planning and conducting emergency evacuation and fire drills. Ensure fire-fighting and first-aid equipment are in good condition.

Incident Response

Provide first-level support during incidents and assist in evacuations. Record and report all incidents, near misses, and safety observations.

Awareness & Communication

Promote a positive safety culture through briefings and toolbox talks. Ensure safety signage and notices are properly displayed and maintained.

General SSHE Support

Support the Senior SSHE Warden and Contract Administrator in implementing SSHE programs. Participate in campaigns, inspections, and safety improvement initiatives.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
