Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance
Job Description
In your new role you will: Semiconductor part cleaning equipment and mechanical workshop operation and services. Ensure systematic troubleshooting methodology and good work manship for repair and refurbishment job. Ensure proper maintenance change management execution via FMEA and PCRB process to achieve maintenance productivity improvement. Ensure equipment MTTR and M-ratio target achieve. Lead team to achieve IFKM productivity target by improve equipment maintenance cost. Mentor and coach for team on mechanical parts and services. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah 5 years experienced. Master, Degree, Diploma in mechanical, electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent. Experienced in managing semiconductor electro mechanical equipment maintenance and workshop. Experience change management equipment FMEA and PCRB process. Demonstrate good work man ship quality on semiconductor equipment maintenance. Skill mentor, coach, robots axis calibration, knowledge on servomotor, electronics components troubleshooting, robot controllers troubleshooting.
