In your new role you will: * Responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the Bldg Mntdaily O&M activities, that relates to overall Real Estate Management of Infineon Kulim Buildings, Perimeter compound and Infrastructure facilit In your new role you will: Responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the Bldg Mntdaily O&M activities, that relates to overall Real Estate Management of Infineon Kulim Buildings, Perimeter compound and Infrastructure facilities. Technical leadership of Bldg Main topic and subject matter experts Managing onsite Outsourcing Service team responsible for daily BM O&M Training and guidance for new personnel working on Bldg maintenance scope Support and close daily Operation topic with all related business partners Participates in setting, executing and reaching Departmental goals, cost control contribution Interacts & communicates with PROD, Eqpt & Process Engineering, utility suppliers in a support role Plans and controls REM facility infrastructure maintenance Oversees & coordinates contract trade groups during REM project execution Works on facility projects together with other FM team members Works on safety formalities and goal settings for FM area together with ESH. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil, Mech/Elect Engineering,Construction Management, Architectural or other related discipline 10+ years of Building Maintenance Engineering experience working in the Industry/Manufacturing environment preferred An added advantage for having a specialist knowledge and skills, as these are usually acquired through a relevant field working experience Experience with large manufacturing facilities with Production process knowledge thru direct interface Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools - Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Well verse with Project Gantt Chart, Microsoft Project, CAD, CAD/CAM design software Good understanding of CSA methodology, Building Codes, CSA Project Management Pleasant personality, able to interact and communicate with all levels of internal customers Strong self-endurance, high flexibility, able to support handling crisis during weekend/odd hours occasionally Benefits What we offer you in Kulim In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
