Senior Staff Specialist Facility Management
Job Description
In your new role you will: Familiar with water and wastewater unit operation, engineering development. Familiar with water and wastewater design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and legal requirements. Understand the working principle of other infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom, SCADAand building automation. Knowledge in infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge(testing & commissioning, buy-off, changemanagement, etc.). Understand and able to demonstrate & perform risk assessment of process, equipment and new design byFMECA/FMEA. 8D methodology mindset which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7QC tools and also decision making. Possess strategic facility hand-on experience of managing vendor towards department goals. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree ofEngineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field 5-7 years related experience in facilities management/ services/ engineering.
