Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior Store Supervisor oversees the overall sales performance, operational efficiency, and profitability of assigned outlets. This role ensures that each outlet operates in line with company standards, meets sales targets, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

Drive sales growth across assigned outlets through effective merchandising, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.

Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Set sales targets and ensure each outlet team meets or exceeds them.

Monitor pricing strategies and product mix to optimize profitability.

2. Operational Excellence

Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs in operations, hygiene, safety, and visual standards.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain consistency and performance.

Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and shrinkage management.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

3. People Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate Store Supervisor and frontline teams.

Identify training needs and support staff development.

Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Foster a positive team culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.

4. Customer Experience

Ensure each outlet provides excellent service and resolves customer issues promptly.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement plans.

5. Business Development & Reporting

Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and area-specific recommendations.

Support new outlet openings, refurbishments, and community engagement activities.

Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to management.

Requirements

SPM

Minimum 3-5 years of retail or FMCG experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or area management role.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Results-driven with hands-on operational experience.

Willing to travel between outlets regularly.

Staff turnover and performance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
