Perform supplier evaluation and quality audits.
Lead Supplier Part Approval Process.
Work with suppliers to develop robust process control plan.
Solve supplier quality issues to avoid impact on Supply Chain and Product Quality.
Set up quality targets and monitor supplier quality performance.
Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Programs.
Establish relationship with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions and verify effectiveness on-site.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in supplier quality management.
Be familiar with Electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA.
Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong communication skills in a global company environment.
Able to travel 30% of the working time in Asian countries.
Preferable someone who can work remotely in Johor, Penang and Selangor.
