The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale.We seek a Senior Sustainability Analyst to be an integral part of the sustainability team that is responsible for Dentsu\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability ambition of achieving a Net Zero Target by 2040. The Senior Analyst will collect, analyse and present Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data across our APAC operations and support the global reporting team on internal and external sustainability reporting requirements.Key responsibilities:Sustainability Initiatives & Reporting

• Establish and drive the environmental and social data collection process with local markets across APAC.
• Streamline the data collection process with the Global reporting team to align with the data assurance, announcement, and reporting periods.
• Build internal capacity in sustainability data knowledge and engage with collection leads across APAC to create awareness of required sustainability data.
• Lead ESG reporting at the APAC level and be the key contact point for ESG data assurance exercise with the appointed third-party assurer from Japan.
• Support all sustainability compliance data reporting from the local markets within APAC

Stakeholder Engagements

• Build business analyses for flight emissions, tenancies emissions and supply chain emissions for local markets in APAC.
• Collaborate and support the local market to identify hot spots in carbon emissions and environmental and social data.
• Work with the sustainability and business team to design a roadmap to reduce and optimise carbon emissions and improve social scores in each market

Requirements:

• Degree in Sustainability and prior experience within a similar role is preferred.
• Possess 3 - 5 years working experience in data analytics and project management is crucial.
• Proven understanding of carbon accounting and ESG requirements for reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to write engaging business cases with data.
• Familiar with and has experience using software including Salesforce suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Macro), Power BI, and accounting programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in engaging at the senior executive level.
