As we continue to expand our ESG efforts, we are seeking talented individuals to join us in driving meaningful change and shaping a more sustainable future. Responsibilities: Collect, analyse, and manage ESG-related data from various sources within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the preparation and publication of ESG reports to Group and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory agencies. Assist in stakeholder engagement activities, including responding to inquiries, organizing meetings, and communicating the organization\'s ESG initiatives and performance. Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform decision-making and strategy development. Coordinate and manage specific ESG projects or initiatives, including setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Help raise awareness and build capacity within the organization around ESG issues and initiatives through training, workshops, and communication campaigns. Assist in identifying and assessing ESG-related risks and opportunities and support the development of risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, risks or related field. 1-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, renewable energy or related areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus.
