Provide BAU Service Support Assumptions
Products support scope: Red Hat OpenShift Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Provide L2 support to Red Hat OpenShift Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects.
Uses experience to address user problems and interrogates for potential solutions.
Escalates complex or unresolved incidents. Log case & troubleshoot with Red Hat Principle for problem & issue (L3 support)
Records and tracks issues from outset to conclusion.
During change, acts systematically to respond the day-by-day operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to (SLA) and information security requirements.
Responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment. Promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
Maintains records, informs users about the process, and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
Red Hat OpenShift Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux knowledge skillset transfer to existing support staff.
Handle software version, software release updates, patches for bug fixing at any time as and when requested.
Prepare document requested by reporting manager, example knowledge transfer, monthly report, build spec, design, operation doc & etc.
Standby & support outside of working hours.
Perform half yearly preventive maintenance and submit preventive maintenance report to CIMB with improvement recommendation.
