Senior System Engineer

Location: Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

What we\'re looking for

A Senior System Engineer who supports our DocMap team. You will be involved in various tasks and provide technical support for our DocMap application clients.

As an international organization, you will have good proficiency in the English language.

This role requires work authorization for the respective country.

The role

• Provide in-depth technical support for the DocMap\xc2\xae application clients.
• Understand and analyze customer requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and collect business requirements.
• Translating business requirements into technical and system specifications.
• Develop, test, maintain, and document the core product software and database to ensure strong optimization and functionalities.
• Establishing and maintaining Datawarehouse and integration.
• Conduct data synchronization troubleshooting and scripting.
• DB Data manipulation/SQL scripting.
• Single sign-on configuration. Develop, test, maintain and documentation.

What you bring

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
• Extensive server and MS Azure knowledge.
• Required Skills: SQL/PowerShell scripting, DB understanding, XML, basic software development skills.
• Desired skills: Javascript, HTML, .NET, and Datawarehouse integration
• Single sign-on competence.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Be able to participate in various projects.
