Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee server and system administration, providing comprehensive operational support--including architecture planning and engineering design. Take an active role in global project deployments, with a primary focus on Malaysia and the broader Asia region. Manage the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, implementation, and upgrading of hardware, servers, systems, and network infrastructure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of infrastructure assets, including server configurations, device setups, routing information, and system interdependencies. Drive process improvement initiatives by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in server and system administration. Skilled in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting server and system infrastructure. Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server administration, and private cloud environments.
