About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

System Administrator

to manage, maintain, and enhance our server and system infrastructure. This role combines hands-on administration with architecture planning and engineering design, and offers the opportunity to contribute to global infrastructure deployment projects, particularly across Malaysia and the broader Asia region. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for optimizing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain servers and systems, providing comprehensive operational and technical support to ensure stability and performance. Actively participate in global infrastructure deployment initiatives, with a focus on projects across Malaysia and the Asia region. Install, configure, troubleshoot, implement, and upgrade hardware, servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure assets, including server configurations, device setups, network routing, and system dependencies. Drive process improvements by reviewing, refining, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across IT functions.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of

5 years' hands-on experience

in server and system administration. Proven ability to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot complex server and system infrastructures. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Windows Server
