Job Description

1) Job Purpose Responsible to support business operations across HMS pertaining to technical Pre-Sales & support in relation to AwaHeiTech Cloud Services. Responsible to prepare, execute and participate in multiple projects and products deployment, in area as per assigned by the supervisor. 2) Roles & Responsibilities Assist Pre-Sales Team in the technical compliance response, architecture diagrams, and technical write-up in proposal submissions. Review vendor\'s proposed solution\'s Bill of Material list to ensure its correctness and completeness. Assist in the general cloud design, implementation and operational integration of all systems, components and equipment within AwanHeiTech to support the systems operations and in accordance with the company security guidelines. Prepare, execute and perform multiple cloud POC projects and product deployment. Plan on infra capacity to ensure that AwanHeiTech resources always have sufficient spare capacity for customers and operating efficiently. Maintain asset inventory list for all AwanHeiTech\'s software and hardware. Participate in technical training and obtain technical certifications from principals for technical upskill and fulfilment of expected Principal\'s Technical/Partner Requirement. Assist the Cloud Operations Team in resolving technical and compliancce issues and on technical documentation. Engage with vendor and/or partner to evaluate and collaborate on Cloud solution. Identify new technology and related products and recommend new technology and product roadmap for AwaniHeitech. Educate teams on new cloud technologies and initiatives. Maintain and manage all systems documentation as required by ISO/QMS practices. 3) Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or any other related qualification 3-4 years of working experience in cloud related field Certifications on cloud related field would be an added advantage.
