Senior Systems Support Analyst

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Confer with customers via phone, email, or onsite to diagnose technical/system problems, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions. Perform installation, implementation, maintenance of new and existing hardware, software, operating systems including updates, configuration changes and patches. Troubleshoot and resolve systems related issues. Document systems procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
A recognized Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant qualification. 2+ years of applicable experience in technical support or a related field. Prior experience with ERP systems and MySql data querying. Preferably Female Candidate only. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and a team player.
